NAMED LATE is a five-member independent music crew, consisting of Giuk, Sunwoo, Woobin, RARE and Gray Dot. Initially releasing music through SoundCloud, they now also collaborate and participate in the production of the members' official releases.

Formation[]
NAMED LATE was formed during high school at Hanlim Multi Art School by 00z friends and classmates Giuk, Sunwoo, Woobin and Jihoon (now known as RARE). Since high school, the crew has been active producing and releasing music together on SoundCloud.
2022: New member and Rareness[]
In 2022, Gray Dot, born 2002 and their junior from Hanlim, was officially added as the fifth member on the crew's profile.[1]
On January 7, 2022, RARE released his first EP Rareness, for which the title track "Movie" and B-side "Rockstar" were co-composed by RARE and Gray Dot, with Gray Dot also participating in the arrangement. "Rockstar" also featured guitar recorded by Gray Dot and bass recorded by Giuk. Gray Dot was credited for mixing all the songs in the album and mastering all of the songs bar track 1.[2]
2023: Psycho Xybernetics : TURN OVER, Rise Waves[]
On April 20, 2023, Giuk released his solo debut mini album Psycho Xybernetics : TURN OVER, containing the first official collaboration between NAMED LATE members Giuk and Sunwoo for the song "LOVE VIRUS❤️ (2050)" (feat. Sunwoo).[3] Sunwoo participated in writing and composing the song alongside Giuk. They also filmed a special music video for the song with the help of their friends independent of their agencies, with NAMED LATE credited in music video production. Giuk and Sunwoo co-directed the music video, while Gray Dot was also credited as an assistant in the production.[4] Gray Dot also participated in composing and arranging songs in the album.[5]
On November 15, 2023, Giuk released "Happy or Not?" (feat. RARE, Gray Dot) as part of his second mini album Rise Waves and the next NAMED LATE collaboration. Giuk, Gray Dot and RARE wrote and produced the collaboration together. The album also contained the official release of "My Blue", originally released on SoundCloud, as well as the song "Intro : Foreverest" for which Gray Dot also participated in composing alongside Giuk and arranging.
2024: "Fade Out", "LOVE VIRUS❤️ (2050)" live[]
On February 10, NAMED LATE released a teaser for RARE and Gray Dot's collaboration "Fade Out" which was released on February 26, 2024.[6]
Gray Dot also began producing with ONEWE, with his first credit for "Meteor Shower", co-produced alongside Giuk for the band's mini album Planet Nine : ISOTROPY, released on April 17, 2024.
On May 8, Giuk and Sunwoo performed "LOVE VIRUS❤️ (2050)" live together for the first time as part of ONEWE's appearance on Idol Radio with Sunwoo as DJ.[7]
2025: "싫더라"[]
On November 15, Woobin made his solo debut with the digital single "싫더라". The song was written and composed by RARE, with Woobin participating in the arrangement.
